Cajun-Marinated Chicken Barbecue

Cajun is a rustic seasoning blend that hails from Louisiana, the home of delicious Cajun cuisine. Everyone tends to have their own spin on it, but in general, it’s a spicy blend featuring lots of paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, pepper, and oregano. You do need to plan ahead for this recipe though. It is not one of those 20-minute marinade recipes

For this recipe we need: 

  • 20 grams of Cajun BBQ seasoning
  • 10 ml of water 
  • 400 grams of Chicken Thighs 
  • For the Salad mix we need: 
  • 10 grams of Corn Oil  
  • 15 grams of Rocket  
  • 7 grams of cherry tomato  
  • 5 grams of white onion  
  • 2 grams of salt  
  • 4 grams of olive oil  
  • 2 grams black pepper  
  • 4 grams of lemon juice  

Instruction:

  1. Mix the seasoning, water, corn oil then add to the chicken and keep in the fridge for 4 hours  
  2. Bake the chicken at 180C for 3 minutes
  3. Fry the French fries for 3 minutes at 180C then add batata hara seasoning on the fries
  4. Serve with Salad Mix
