Cajun is a rustic seasoning blend that hails from Louisiana, the home of delicious Cajun cuisine. Everyone tends to have their own spin on it, but in general, it’s a spicy blend featuring lots of paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, pepper, and oregano. You do need to plan ahead for this recipe though. It is not one of those 20-minute marinade recipes
For this recipe we need:
- 20 grams of Cajun BBQ seasoning
- 10 ml of water
- 400 grams of Chicken Thighs
- For the Salad mix we need:
- 10 grams of Corn Oil
- 15 grams of Rocket
- 7 grams of cherry tomato
- 5 grams of white onion
- 2 grams of salt
- 4 grams of olive oil
- 2 grams black pepper
- 4 grams of lemon juice
Instruction:
- Mix the seasoning, water, corn oil then add to the chicken and keep in the fridge for 4 hours
- Bake the chicken at 180C for 3 minutes
- Fry the French fries for 3 minutes at 180C then add batata hara seasoning on the fries
- Serve with Salad Mix
