Chicken Cheese Panini

Cheese Sauce:

  • 13 grams of cheese powder
  • 39 grams of hot water

For the main recipe:

  • 100 grams of roasted chicken breast
  • 16 grams of basil pesto
  • 10 grams of black olives
  • 50 grams of Monterey Jack cheese
  • 50 grams of cheese sauce
  • 2 grams of black pepper ranch seasoning
  • 1 piece of panini bread
  • 25 grams of sundried tomato slices
  • 100 grams of French fries

Recipe:

  1. Fry the French fries at 360c for 3.5 minutes
  2. Roast the chicken at 180c for 8 minutes then add black pepper ranch seasoning 
  3. Add butter to each of the bun slices and then put it on the grill
  4. Add pesto to the top of the bread and add the cheese sauce then assemble the chicken slices
  5. Sprinkle on the sun dried tomatoes and then add black olives on the panini bread 
  6. Place the Monterey Jack cheese on the chicken
  7. Put the sandwich in the panini press
  8. Serve & enjoy!
