Fish Fingers is a delicious appetizer where batons of boneless fish are deep-fried until crispy and golden brown. You can easily bake or air fry them for a healthier version.
For this recipe we need:
FOR THE HABANERO SAUCE:
- 2 grams of Habanero seasoning
- 5 grams Chopped gherkin
- 5 Tomato ketchup
- 40 grams of mayonnaise
FOR THE BATTER MIX:
- 25 grams of butter mix
- 50 ml of water
MAIN INGREDIENTS:
- 200 grams of HAMOUR STRIPS FISH
- 250 grams of French fries
- 10 grams of LEMON
Instruction:
- Mix the Habanero seasoning +chopped gherkin+Tomato ketchup with the mayonnaise to get the Habanero sauce ready and set aside
- Mix the batter mix with the chilled water to get the batter mix ready
- Dip the HAMOUR STRIPS FISH into the pre-dust then dip it in the batter mix
- Fry the HAMOUR STRIPS FISH at 180C for 2 minutes
