Grilled Beef Burger with Ranch Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Burger Patty – 200 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Gram
  • Ranch Sauce – 40 Grams
  • Sliced Iceberg Lettuce – 25 Grams
  • Onion Jam – 12 Grams
  • Beef Bacon – 40 Grams
  • Burger Bun – 1 Piece
  • Pickles – 5 Grams
  • Spring Onions – 1 Gram

Recipe:

  1. Grill the burger patty with salt then toast the buns
  2. Top the bottom of haled burger bun with Sliced Iceberg lettuce and pickles
  3. Add the Burger patty and onion jam on top of the pickles
  4. Add the Bacon then drizzle with ranch sauce
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onions
