  • Kimchi mayo
  • Frozen Korean fried chicken          
  • Bao bun
  • Shredded red cabbage 
  • Shredded green cabbage      
  • White and black sesame seeds 


  1. Prepare the spicy sauce
  2. Pour the sauce on the raw chicken and marinate it together
  3. Coat the chicken with the batter and bread crumbs
  4. Deep fry the chicken at 180c for 4 Minutes 
  5. Warm the bao buns
  6. Place the chicken into the bao bun then add Asian slaw 
  7. Garnish with Kimchi sauce and the sesame seeds
