Ingredients:
Pico de Galo Salsa
- Finely Diced Tomatoes Deseeded – 38 Grams
- Finely Chopped Red Onion – 6 Grams
- Finely Chopped Fresh Jalapenos – 7 Grams
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves – 3 Grams
- Ranch Sauce 10 Grams
Hot Chili Beef
- Hot Chili Seasoning – 3 Grams
- Beef Steak – 60 Grams
- Water – 6 Grams
Main Recipe ingredients:
- Tacos – 3 Pieces
- Pico de Galo Salsa – 54 Grams
- Hot chili beef – 60 Grams
- Sour cream – 10 Grams
- Spring onion – 1 Gram
Procedure:
- Mix All Together the Diced Tomatoes, Chopped Red Onion, Chopped Fresh Jalapenos, Chopped Coriander Leaves and Ranch Sauce to get the Salsa Ready
- Mix the Hot Chili Seasoning with water then Add the Beef and keep it in the Fridge
- Bake the taco and grill the beef steak then slice
- Mix the beef with Pico salsa and put it inside the taco
- Garnish with Sour Cream and Spring Onion
