Mexican Beef Taco with Sour Cream Ranch

Ingredients:

Pico de Galo Salsa

  • Finely Diced Tomatoes Deseeded – 38 Grams 
  • Finely Chopped Red Onion – 6 Grams 
  • Finely Chopped Fresh Jalapenos – 7 Grams
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves – 3 Grams
  • Ranch Sauce 10 Grams 

Hot Chili Beef

  • Hot Chili Seasoning – 3 Grams 
  • Beef Steak – 60 Grams 
  • Water – 6 Grams

Main Recipe ingredients:

  • Tacos – 3 Pieces 
  • Pico de Galo Salsa – 54 Grams 
  • Hot chili beef – 60 Grams  
  • Sour cream – 10 Grams  
  • Spring onion – 1 Gram 

Procedure:

  1. Mix All Together the Diced Tomatoes, Chopped Red Onion, Chopped Fresh Jalapenos, Chopped Coriander Leaves and Ranch Sauce to get the Salsa Ready
  2. Mix the Hot Chili Seasoning with water then Add the Beef and keep it in the Fridge 
  3. Bake the taco and grill the beef steak then slice
  4. Mix the beef with Pico salsa and put it inside the taco
  5. Garnish with Sour Cream and Spring Onion
