Ingredients:
Stir-Fried Sauce:
- BBQ Sauce – 20 Grams
- Soya Sauce – 20 Grams
- Brown sugar – 5 Grams
- Red pepper flakes – 1 Gram
Mongolian Stir Fried BBQ Beef
- Corn oil – 10 Grams
- Garlic – 10 Grams
- Onions – 10 Grams
- Sirloin steak – 250 Grams
- Stir-fried sauce – 46 Grams
- White Sesame Seeds – 1 Gram
- Spring onion – 10 Grams
Procedure:
- For the sauce: Reheat the soya sauce, add the sugar then BBQ sauce. Keep boiling until you get the right thickness then add the red pepper flakes
- Heat the oil then add garlic and onions
- Roast the steak and add the stir-fried sauce and keep cooking until it’s done
- Finally, Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds
