Stir-Fried Sauce: 

  • BBQ Sauce – 20 Grams
  • Soya Sauce – 20 Grams
  • Brown sugar – 5 Grams
  • Red pepper flakes – 1 Gram

Mongolian Stir Fried BBQ Beef  

  • Corn oil  – 10 Grams
  • Garlic – 10 Grams
  • Onions – 10 Grams
  • Sirloin steak – 250 Grams
  • Stir-fried sauce – 46 Grams
  • White Sesame Seeds – 1 Gram
  • Spring onion – 10 Grams


  1. For the sauce: Reheat the soya sauce, add the sugar then BBQ sauce. Keep boiling until you get the right thickness then add the red pepper flakes
  2. Heat the oil then add  garlic and onions
  3. Roast the steak and add the stir-fried sauce and keep cooking until it’s done
  4. Finally, Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds
