- 50 grams of Smoky BBQ seasoning
- 1000 grams of chicken
- 12 grams of water
Red Sauce:
- 15 grams of chilli paste
- 1 gram of salt
- 1 gram of black pepper
- 5 grams of lemon juice
- 40 grams of corn oil
- 10 grams of vinegar
- 75 grams of tomato paste
- 40 grams of garlic
To prepare the red sauce, mix all the ingredients
For the main recipe:
- 150 grams of red pepper
- 150 grams of yellow pepper
- 1000 grams of garlic chicken
- 250 grams of potato
- 187 grams of red sauce
Recipe:
- For the garlic chicken marinade, mix the seasoning with water and then add the mix to the chicken. Set aside for 4 hours.
- To prepare the red sauce, mix all the ingredients
- For the main recipe, mix the cubed vegetables together with the red sauce
- Toss together well
- Add your chicken into the mix
- Bake at 180c for 60 mins
- Assemble in a pot.
- Garnish with coriander!
