Moroccan Garlic Chicken

Garlic Chicken Marinade:

  • 50 grams of Smoky BBQ seasoning
  • 1000 grams of chicken
  • 12 grams of water

Red Sauce:

  • 15 grams of chilli paste
  • 1 gram of salt
  • 1 gram of black pepper
  • 5 grams of lemon juice
  • 40 grams of corn oil
  • 10 grams of vinegar
  • 75 grams of tomato paste
  • 40 grams of garlic

To prepare the red sauce, mix all the ingredients 

For the main recipe:

  • 150 grams of red pepper
  • 150 grams of yellow pepper
  • 1000 grams of garlic chicken
  • 250 grams of potato
  • 187 grams of red sauce


  1. For the garlic chicken marinade, mix the seasoning with water and then add the mix to the chicken. Set aside for 4 hours.
  2. To prepare the red sauce, mix all the ingredients
  3. For the main recipe, mix the cubed vegetables together with the red sauce
  4. Toss together well
  5. Add your chicken into the mix
  6. Bake at 180c for 60 mins
  7. Assemble in a pot.
  8. Garnish with coriander!
