The Peri-Peri sauce is made of hot chili peppers, jalapenos, lemon, vinegar, herbs, and spices. It can be used as a marinade, dip, or sauce. You do need to plan ahead for this recipe though. It is not one of those 20-minute marinade recipes
For this recipe we need:
- 10 grams of Peri-Peri seasoning
- 200 grams of chicken breast cube
- 5 grams of Water
- 1 gram of PERI Peri seasoning
- 20 grams of Mayonnaise
- 5 grams of Spicy Breeder concentrate
- 100 grams of FLOUR
Instruction:
- Mix the 10 grams of Peri-Peri seasoning, water then add to the chicken cubes and keep in the fridge for 4 hours
- Mix the 1 gram of Peri-Peri seasoning with the mayonnaise to get the Peri Peri sauce ready and set aside
- Mix the Spicy Breader concentrate with the Flour to prepare the breading mix and Dip the chicken into it
- Fry the breaded chicken at 180c for 3 minutes
- Garnish with Peri-Peri sauce, spring onions, and White Sesame seeds
