Ingredients:

- Spicy Breading Concentrate – 25 Grams
- Flour – 500 Grams
- Ice Water – 1 Liter
Hot chili chicken breast:
- Chicken Breast – 90 Grams
- Hot chili Seasoning – 4 Grams
- Water – 9 Grams
Main Recipe Ingredients:
- Burger Slider Buns – 3 Pieces
- Chicken Slider – 90 Grams
- Smoky BBQ Sauce 30 Grams
- Pickles 5 Grams
- Iceberg Lettuce 8 Grams
Procedure:
- Mix the flour with the spicy breading concentrate then coat the chicken in the flour and deep on the water then coat the chicken into the flour again and fry at 180c for 3 minutes
- Mix the Hot chili seasoning with the water and add the chicken to the mix then Keep in the Fridge
- Toast the buns then top the bottom of haled burger bun with Boston lettuce leaves
- Add the Fried chicken then add the Pickles
- Drizzle with BBQ Sauce
