For this recipe we need:
- 100 grams Prawn
- 3 gms Chilli lime Marinade
- 10 gms Creative pre-dust
- 30gm Creative batter
- 30 gm Creative Crumbs
Recipe:
- Marinate the prawn/Chicken/Fish with chilli lime marinade seasoning.
- Put into pre-dust coating evenly, remove excess.
- Put into adhesion batter, coat evenly.Dont keep it for long in the batter.
- Put into crumbs coat evenly and give even shape.
- Ready for frying in oil of 180 degrees celsius
