Ingredients:
- Rib Eye – 200 Grams
- Peri-Peri Seasoning – 10 Grams
- Corn Oil – 5 Grams
- Flat Rice Noodles – 100 Grams
- Beef base – 2 Grams
- Water – 400 Grams
- Green Onion – 10 Grams
- Bok Choy – 30 Grams
- Soya sauce – 20 Grams
- Oyster sauce – 10 Grams
- Red peppers – 15 Grams
Procedure:
- Grill the Rib Eye until it is well done
- Cook then baked the Red peppers in the Oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes
- In a large saucepan, heat the beef stock and bring to boil
- Add the green onions then add Bok Choy
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce then Add the noodles right into the soup until it is cooked
- Place the noodles into a plate then dress the Rib Eye on top of the Noodles
