  • Rib Eye – 200 Grams 
  • Peri-Peri Seasoning – 10 Grams 
  • Corn Oil – 5 Grams
  • Flat Rice  Noodles – 100 Grams  
  • Beef base – 2 Grams  
  • Water – 400 Grams  
  • Green Onion – 10 Grams  
  • Bok Choy – 30 Grams  
  • Soya sauce – 20 Grams  
  • Oyster sauce – 10 Grams  
  • Red peppers – 15 Grams


  1. Grill the Rib Eye until it is well done
  2. Cook then baked the Red peppers in the Oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes
  3. In a large saucepan, heat the beef stock and bring to boil
  4. Add the green onions then add Bok Choy
  5. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce then Add the noodles right into the soup until it is cooked
  6. Place the noodles into a plate then dress the Rib Eye on top of the Noodles
