Chicken Marinade:
- Cajun Chicken – 100 Grams
- Cajun seasoning – 5 Grams
- Water – 2.5 Grams
- Corn Oil – 2.5 Grams
Shrimp Marinade:
- Lemon Grilled Shrimp – 100 Grams
- Lemon and garlic Herbs – 5 Grams
- Water – 2.5 Grams
- Corn Oil – 2.5 Grams
Salad ingredients:
- Romaine Heart Chunks – 120 Grams
- Caesar Dressing – 65 Grams
- Olive Oil – 5 Grams
- Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice – 5 Grams
- Grated Parmesan Cheese – 15 Grams
- Cajun Grilled Chicken Fillet – 100 Grams
- Lemon Grilled Shrimp – 100 Grams
- Mustard Cress – 1 Gram
Procedure:
- Add the water and oil to the Cajun seasoning then mix with chicken and keep in the fridge
- Add the water and oil to the Lemon and Garlic seasoning then mix with the shrimp and keep in the fridge
- Grill the chicken and the shrimp then toast the bread
- Mix the Lettuce with Caesar and oil then add the lemon juice
- Add the cheese
- Add the Grilled chicken and grilled shrimp
