Chicken Marinade: 

  • Cajun Chicken – 100 Grams 
  • Cajun seasoning – 5 Grams  
  • Water – 2.5 Grams  
  • Corn Oil – 2.5 Grams

Shrimp Marinade: 

  • Lemon Grilled Shrimp – 100 Grams  
  • Lemon and garlic Herbs – 5 Grams  
  • Water – 2.5 Grams  
  • Corn Oil – 2.5 Grams 

Salad ingredients: 

  • Romaine Heart Chunks – 120 Grams  
  • Caesar Dressing – 65 Grams  
  • Olive Oil – 5 Grams  
  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice – 5 Grams  
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese – 15 Grams  
  • Cajun Grilled  Chicken Fillet – 100 Grams  
  • Lemon Grilled Shrimp – 100 Grams  
  • Mustard Cress – 1 Gram 


  1. Add the water and oil to the Cajun seasoning then mix with chicken and keep in the fridge
  2. Add the water and oil to the Lemon and Garlic seasoning then mix with the shrimp and keep in the fridge 
  3. Grill the chicken and the shrimp then toast the bread
  4. Mix the Lettuce with Caesar and oil then add the lemon juice
  5. Add the cheese
  6. Add the Grilled chicken and grilled shrimp
  7. Garnish with mustard Cress
