Ingredients
Chicken Marinade:
- 50 grams of Tandoori seasoning
- 1000 grams of whole chicken
- 50 grams of water
- 50 grams of corn oil
For the main recipe:
- 1000 grams of Tandoori chicken
- 5 grams of onion
- 20 gram of parsley
- 10 grams of lemon
- 100 grams of BBQ sauce and ranch sauce
Recipe:
- Mix the seasonings, oil, water and then add the mix to the chicken and keep it aside for 4 hours
- Bake the chicken at 180C for 45 minutes
- Garnish with parsley, grilled onions, grilled tomatoes and grilled lemon
- Served with BBQ and Ranch sauce
