Chicken Marinade:

  • 50 grams of Tandoori seasoning
  • 1000 grams of whole chicken
  • 50 grams of water
  • 50 grams of corn oil

For the main recipe:

  • 1000 grams of Tandoori chicken
  • 5 grams of onion
  • 20 gram of parsley
  • 10 grams of lemon
  • 100 grams of BBQ sauce and ranch sauce


  1. Mix the seasonings, oil, water and then add the mix to the chicken and keep it aside for 4 hours
  2. Bake the chicken at 180C for 45 minutes
  3. Garnish with parsley, grilled onions, grilled tomatoes and grilled lemon
  4. Served with BBQ and Ranch sauce
