Fish Fingers with Habanero tartar sauce

Fish Fingers is a delicious appetizer where batons of boneless fish are deep-fried until crispy and golden brown. You can easily bake or air fry them for a healthier version.

For this recipe we need: 

FOR THE HABANERO SAUCE: 

  • 2 grams of Habanero seasoning
  • 5 grams Chopped gherkin
  • 5 Tomato ketchup
  • 40 grams of mayonnaise 

FOR THE BATTER MIX:

  • 25 grams of butter mix
  • 50 ml of water 

MAIN INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 grams of HAMOUR STRIPS FISH 
  • 250 grams of French fries 
  • 10 grams of LEMON  

Instruction:

  1. Mix the Habanero seasoning +chopped gherkin+Tomato ketchup with the mayonnaise to get the Habanero sauce ready and set aside
  2. Mix the batter mix with the chilled water to get the batter mix ready
  3. Dip the HAMOUR STRIPS FISH into the pre-dust then dip it in the batter mix
  4. Fry the HAMOUR STRIPS FISH  at 180C for 2 minutes
